  k-coon has a build time of around 4 weeks. While this is the normal build time for k-coon certain cases can take shorter or longer.

  k-coon is designed to retain whatever heat is generated inside and also to maximise solar gain. The U-Value off the wall is (.16), Ceiling (.2) and floor (.11). The glazing including the frame has a combined U-value of (1.5). This all adds up to ensuring k-coon is easy to heat and comfortable to live in.
• Low Carbon Foot Print
  k-coon uses renewable materials where possible. Most of the structure is timber which is a renewable resource and wood is ecologically friendly. Timber absorbs CO2 as it grows and releases oxygen! The carbon stored in the timber will not be released even when a tree has been harvested and processed into timber products. We also limit the use of concrete which creates a lot of CO2 during the manufacturing process
• High Quality
  k-coon is manufactured in a new purpose built manufacturing facility. Quality control is maintained from start to finish and this includes whatever works are needed on site.
